Large & Heavy Items
Some furniture, lighting and interior products may require special handling.

- The delivery address is correct and accessible
- Doorways, entrances and stairways are suitable for the item
- Someone is available to receive the delivery
- Suitable access is available for the delivery vehicle where required
Unless agreed otherwise, delivery does not include assembly, installation or positioning of products inside the property.
